Hibiscus is one of my favorite floral teas. You can consume it hot, cold, on its own or pair it with citrus fruits & a little bit of cinnamon. This tart tea is a great aid in digestion & helps expel free radicals. Hibiscus is filled with antioxidants which is great for anti-aging, the citric acid in these flowers creates rapid cell turnover (addresses hyperpigmentation).
